seen this guy on a trip I took to Wisconsin. Niiiice!
I was really surprised with this piece here -and I rarely favorite things, mind you. At first, it seems like such a contrast compared to the other works in your gallery (aside from a few like Cannibal, Will He Save Me, and the others in the series from Wisconsin), all of which I failed to find really endearing in most manners..
But these that I mentioned are different, they really seem to explore something deeper (despite titles like "Hottie Wisconsin Kid"). You, whether you know it or not, have an eye for this type of aesthetic.. I think itd be really cool to see you perhaps try to probe your subjects, and self even, for a more human quality in your work, and to attempt to capture that.. rather than focusing primarily on the libido-driven aspects.
Also, with Braytonak, I really enjoy that way you manipulate this picture and ones like it . The lighting, I think, does indeed give them a real ethereal feel.
